You can run, but you cannot hide

When a 150 year old company moves its Annual General Meeting for the first time EVER and to a city at the opposite end of the country then you have to ask Why?

If you cannot figure out the obvious then ask anyone that attended last year's meeting or as they say, a picture speaks a thousand words.

Bryan Mogridge disagrees according to a recent report in The Press ,

"I don't see why they would be hostile, frankly. Without PGC Heartland would not have been formed, and more specifically without George's money and underwrite [of a $272.5m capital raising in late 2009] it wouldn't have happened."

Of course the above happened before two of your directors resigned from various boards, your managing director walked out (now debatable) your auditor resigned, you were caught borrowing from a trust fund, George Kerr sold his investment in Torchlight at the same time he thought it wise to have PGC buy shares in Torchlight, you were being investigated by the FMA, the SFO received documents about your companies dealings and it appears you faked or inadvertedly had someone sign as the managing director at a time he was supposedly not employed by your company anymore.

Hostile? Why would anyone be hostile?

These are nice guys.
